Isolation & Jealousy

What Role Does Isolation And Extreme Jealousy Play in Abuse?

This happens when a woman is taken away from her support systems, such as friends, family, or her job. For example: controlling who she sees, where she goes and what she does, alienating her from friends and family, accusing her of cheating, keeping constant tabs or her and who she is with, not letting her become involved in the abuser's own activities.
